"Good leaders don't care about getting credit for good intents and deeds, but the courage of their convictions envisions them to remain consistent."´┐ŻYahaya Balogun.

ear Mr. President, I want to congratulate you on your accomplishments in office. You have shown great integrity and honesty; history will look kindly upon your efforts. Although your administration faced many challenges, you always did your best to create a better Nigeria. I am also hopeful for the incoming administration of Tinubu. They can learn from your experiences and improve upon your successes. They can achieve great things for the country with proper support and communication. Thank you for your service to Nigeria, Mr. President.

Dear Mr. President, I commend you for your honesty and integrity throughout your time in office. Your best efforts may not have met everyone's expectations, but history will indeed judge your good intentions for Nigeria. Your administration was a mixture of success and failure, but not a failure of success. You honestly tried your best in a complex society to create the Nigeria of our dreams. As the incoming administration of Tinubu approaches, I hope they can leverage the lessons learned from your administration and hire good handlers who can better explain their result-oriented programs. This will go a long way in ensuring that they succeed where your administration fell short. Thank you for your service to the country.

Meanwhile, President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu must declare a state of emergency on power generation to revolutionize Nigeria's entire system. Once there is uninterrupted electricity and power, the multiplier effects will transform the whole system, and the manifestation of this measure will change Nigeria forever. I received a crucial message from one of my esteemed readers, Egbon Bisbal, who just expressed the fear of the rest of Nigerians for the incoming administration.

"So much hope, gargantuan hope! Even more significant than Abiola's Hope '93 and dwarfs Buhari's Change '15. To whom much is given....much is expected. But BAT's Hope, more than its ranking as the Final Hope, MUST deliver. Not necessarily by incrementalism (if any) of the recent past, but a massive revolutionary change Nigeria rightly deserves. Otherwise, we would be forced to question the genetic morphology of Nigeria's ill luck in the face of Hopes dashed. The fault should not be placed "in our stars but in ourselves." I sincerely wish BAT the best of luck in this arduous task."

As President-elect Tinubu takes on the mantle of leadership for Nigeria, he must remember the messages shared above. He must be bold and ensure that his leadership style triggers transformational change. The responsibilities of leading one of the world's most prosperous but troubled nations are daunting, but with the support of the people, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu can rise to the challenge. Let us unite and work towards healing, forgiveness, progress, and development for Nigeria. We must avoid Mutual Assured Destruction and instead strive together for mutual progress.
