WHAT ARE YOU LIVING FOR? What are you living for? When we die, our money remains in the bank... Yet, when we are alive, we don't have enough money to spend. In reality, when we are gone, there is still a lot of money not spent and people who had no idea of how you labored to make the money will sit down comfortably and spend the money without apologies.

A business tycoon in China passed away. His widow, left with $1.9 billion in the bank, married his chauffeur. His chauffeur said:- "All the while, I thought I was working for my boss... it is only now, that I realize that my boss was all the time, working for me !!!"

It is more important to live for the Lord than to have more wealth. So, we must strive to have a strong and consistent relationship with the Lord.

As we move around making a living for our selves, we should not forget that it will all end here. We will not take anything with us. It is what is done for Christ that will stand through all eternity. 70% of the things we acquire or spend our time chasing are actually not used or are useless to us.

In a high end hand phone, 70% of the functions are useless!

For an expensive car, 70% of the speed and gadgets are not needed.

If you own a luxurious villa or mansion, 70% of the space is usually not used or occupied.

How about your wardrobes of clothes?

70% of them are not worn!

A whole life of work and earning... 70% is for other people to spend.

Lets take a moment and think of the power brokers and the insanely wealthy people of yester years. They were the cynosure of eyes and the toast of the society. Many are gone, dead, buried and forgotten. No matter how much they were loved, not even their closest family members took the plunge with them into the grave. It all ended at the mouth of the grave. Lets get our lives together. Live for what matters most to God. Nurture your soul and be prepared for the coming of the Lord. Think about it!
