n the Part 1 of this article, we looked at highly inspiring and powerful virtues from the life of Kenneth Hagin. Regarded as a father of faith movement, he was a man who received the vision for his ministry from God, and stuck to his calling; he was a man of prayer and the Word, a man of balance, and also a man whose life blessed the lives of many people.

In this article, we shall look at more powerful virtues from his life. Kenneth Hagin was a man who was highly sensitive to the Spirit of God. Sometimes God would give him messages to some ministers of God and even to the body of Christ. In one of his books, How You Can be Led by the Spirit of God, Hagin cited several personal examples of his receiving from God. At one time in a conference when a sick minister was being prayed for, as Hagin proceeded to go to the altar to join other ministers in praying for him, he suddenly stopped dead still. He had heard the voice of God. The Spirit of God had told him to go back, for that minister would die. The Spirit of God went on to give him the reason. And certainly, it happened as he had been told. Truly, access to the voice of God is an indispensable asset to the believer. In another book on prayer (The Art of Prayer) written by Hagin, he cited examples of times when he received revelations concerning what would happen in his nation, and what he should do. In one of Kenneth Hagin's classic, Following God's Plan for Your Life, he recounted an experience of how God woke him up one day and told him of a coming recession to the United States of America. God then went ahead to give him specific instructions on what to do to not be affected by the coming recession. Sure enough the recession came, but Hagin and his ministry were preserved. In Tongues Beyond the Upper Room, also one of Hagin's books, he shared of how he had severally been alerted by the Spirit of God to intercede for people. He would obey, and God would give him victory.

Kenneth Hagin walked in love. He would always teach that one shouldn't walk in bitterness or animosity towards others.

Again, in Hagin's Love: The Way to Victory, he expounded very much on the love of God. He also shared some of the stories of believers, including ministers of God who refused to walk in love, and as a result died untimely. The virtue of walking in love is something to cherish and copy in the life of this reverred man of God.

Finally, Kenneth Hagin was a man of faith. He did not only teach faith, he also lived a life of faith. If you have listened to Kenneth Hagin's messages or read his books, you will discover that he likes the testimony of how he was raised from the bed of sickness by the power of God through faith. He exercised his faith until he became healed and free of deadly sickness.
