ometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip- toe if you must but keep taking that step for as long as it is leading you into the future you desired. You must have a vision, a picture of where you are heading. A man without a vision for his future will always return to his past. Do not let the memories of your past limit the potential of your future. The longer you live in the past, the less future you have to enjoy. Do not give your past the power to define your future. There are no limits to what you can achieve on your journey through life. There are times when you have to make the choice to take the chances life presents to you if you want your life to change for the better. Life changes when you become more committed to your future than you are to your past. Ask yourself if what you are doing today is getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow.

On the best sunny day, the most powerful magnifying glass will not light up a paper if you keep moving the glass. But if you focus and hold it, the paper will light up. That is the power of concentration. A man was traveling and stopped at an intersection. He asked an elderly man, "Where does this road take me?" The elderly person asked, "Where do you want to go?" The man replied, "I don't know." The elderly man said, "Then takes any road. What difference does it make?"

How true! When we don't know where we are going, any road will take us there. Do you know where you are going? Many have given up in this journey of life because they lack the conviction of where they are heading. When you see a man convinced about where he is heading, he becomes invincible to obstacles. According to scientists, the bumblebee's body is too heavy and its wingspan too small. Aerodynamically, the bumblebee cannot fly. But the bumblebee doesn't know that, and it keeps flying. When you don't know your limitations, you go out and surprise yourself. In hindsight, you wonder if you had any limitations. The only limitations a person has are those that are self-imposed. Don't let your environment dictate your destiny. Your route may not be the popular one but don't be swayed by the thoughts that you are alone on that path. This is not true at all. There are some '7000 that have not bowed their knees to Baal.' You are definitely not alone, Jehovah Over-do; the God of Special Effects is with you. Where are you heading? Do you have a mental picture of your final destination? The children of Israel left Egypt en-route to the promise land. Though they had obstacles, they fought battles, and their faith failed often, but Moses never failed to implant in everyone a mental picture of their final destination. Don't make friends with mediocrity. Keep your focus. Do not let initial success achieved deprive you from fulfilling your full purpose. There is no limit to the height you can attain. Make God the architect of your life. Let Him be the picture that you see as you build up the structure for your future. 'Nothing shall be impossible unto him who believes.'
