hat he is a highly talented player, is and was never in doubt. It was well- known right from the earliest days of his career, as an under-17 player for Nigeria, at the under-17 world cup in Chile, in 2015; when he won the golden ball, as the tournament's highest goal scorer!

That he is determined to get to the absolute top of his career, is well-known. No doubt, his early life's experiences with poverty and penury, shaped him very well for the challenges of the future. He needs no pieces of advice on the need to be disciplined, to work hard and to be focused on his life's objectives.

That he is destined for the absolute top in his chosen soccer career is well-known. If for nothing else, the earlier mentioned facts of his life prove this point.

That he has almost gotten to the absolute top of his career, is also well-known. His superlative performances, more especially at Napoli, have proved this point.

Yes, Victor Osimhen has arrived as a world-class player! More gratifying , a Nigerian for that matter! That means the Super Eagles of Nigeria, will most likely, benefit from his services for many years to come. He is set to break most , if not all available records for Nigerian, nay African players, at the highest levels of soccer!

His fantastic /fantabulous season at Napoli FC, helped the club win the Italian serie A title, the "Scudetto", for the first time in 33 years , with five games to go! The first time the club would win the "Scudetto", since the exit of the legendary Diego Armando Maradona, of blessed memory!

And to the bargain, he would most likely win the highest goal scorer's award in Serie A! He presently has 23 goals in 28 matches! In one of the most demanding/competitive soccer leagues in the world! What a striker !

After a fantastic, mind-bogling and five-star perfomance-oriented season at Napoli FC, in the Italian Serie A, the best clubs in Europe, will come looking for his signature. And that will come with the concommitant millions of dollars; this time around, in the hundreds of millions ! Yes, he is worth it! In my considered opinion, he is presently one of the best three strikers on the planet!

His success in the 2022/2023 soccer season, will most likely come with the award of the "2023 African footballer of the year "! That would be the first time a Nigerian player would win it , since Nwankwo Kanu did, in 1999 !

If his five-star performances continue in the following years , he would most likely be in reckoning to be the second African player to win the "World player" of the year award, the "Ballon d'or ", after the legendary George Opone Weah, the current Liberian president.

In conclusion, Victor Osimhen, needs no further tutorials on what it takes to get to and stay at the top. He has shown thus far he knows what he wants in his soccer career, and by implication in life; and also has shown he knows how to get it.
