eath is an inevitable period of life. It is dreaded by all lesser mortals, yet, we shall bow to it individually at different times in the Journey of Life. Because what lies beyond the grave is shrouded in secrecy and individual's conjectures, Satan and his demons had devised all manners of speculations about the after-life. But there is One Person Who told us audaciously life beyond the grave and He shouted at the rooftop at us all: "Jesus answered: I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6); and "�He continued, "You are from below; I am from above. You are of this world; I am not of this world" (John 8:23). Then Jesus Christ delivered the clincher that buried the awe of death and the assurance of after-life to all souls: "I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; And everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?" (John 11:25 & 26). Now talk is cheap! Did this Jewish Man moue those promises or really walked the talk? "But the angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified; He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay" (Matthew 28: 5 &6).
The Resurrection of Jesus Christ was confirmed by angels, four writers-Matthew, Luke, John and Paul and His Physical Resurrection-coming back to life-was seen by more than 500 people as Paul disclosed: "For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that He was buried, that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that He appeared to Cephas and then to the Twelve. After that, He appeared to more than five hundred brothers at once, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep. Then He appeared to James, then to all the apostles" (I Corinthians 15:3-7). This account was the proverbial icing on the cake in my search for ironclad proof life beyond the grave. But Jesus Christ pulled all the stops after His Resurrection when He promised He would be coming back for me. Then this Jesus Christ spoke to me on Friday February 21, 1997, and that is why today Jesus Christ is my Lord, Master and Savior, Hallelujah!
When I was growing up in my native Owo, Ondo State in the '70s, there was a cousin of mine called Brother Ojo who came from the United States. He regaled us in the neighborhood with his experiences because the US in those days was like a heaven. As I listened rapturously to his American odyssey, I imagined myself in this beautiful nation called America one day. Today, I do not only live in that nation, but also as a citizen. Just as my Lord, Master and Savior Jesus Christ promised: "Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe in Me as well. In My Father's house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and welcome you into My presence, so that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going" (John 14:1-4). Just as I was enthralled by Brother Ojo's American Voyage more than 50 years ago while growing up with a dream and my dream came true, so I know that one day when I exit this realm, Jesus Christ will be waiting for me on the Other Side as He promised, Hallelujah!
Here at The Jesus Christ Solution Center, Texas where we congregate Monday-Friday, the eldest among us is 89-year-old Papa Lawrence Anifalaje, based in the United Kingdom. Baba has been extremely blessed in all endeavors and has been married to his heartthrob Mama Victoria for nearly 60 years. HOW BOLA TINUBU APPROACHED THE MASTERS! If there is one landmark event that historians would chronicle that define the New Millennium, it would be the election of the first African-American president of the United States of America. How did Mr. Barack Hussein Obama emerge as the first and only Blackman president of the most powerful, greatest, and most prosperous nation on earth? The history is captivating! He not only won his first term surprisingly but
won bigly. Then for anyone in doubt and thought his victory on November 04, 2008, was a fluke as the 44th president of the United States; he won his second and last term decisively on November 06, 2012, and as he said while ceding the stage; "If the US Constitution had allowed for a third term, we would still have won." In those twins tour de forces, Obama crushed his two opponents leaving no analyst any wiggle room. He decisively won both the Electoral College and Popular Votes, including a state the Democratic Party had never won in 32 years and two states the party had never won in 44 years. He garnered more votes than President Bill Clinton (1993-2001) and for his second term in 2012, he pummeled Mr. Mitt Romney of the Republican Party by replicating the "magic" of 2008 winning the Electoral College and Popular Votes as well.
Now, if you are from a country where no politician from your part of the nation had won an election before as president of your nation, where and who would you run to for consultation, tutoring and advice? Asiwaju Bolanle Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu once lived and schooled in the Windy City of Chicago. Yours sincerely married and lived in the city for ten years. It is no coincidence that Mr. Barack Obama relocated to this city in 1991 at the young age of 30 and 17 years later he achieved his goal; first African-American president of the Free World. Who were the brains behind Obama's political success? The troika of David Axelrod, Daniel Howard Pfeiffer, and David Plouffe. Axelrod described by The New York Times as "America's political guru," Pfeiffer the author of Obama's campaign demarche; "Yes, We Can" and Plouffe whom Obama said "� built the...best political campaign... in the history of the United States of America." To these masters of the political game Asiwaju Bola Tinubu approached for consultation unbeknown to political troglodyte like Atiku Abubakar waiting to use ethnicity as a tool. See, I am not a fan of Asiwaju Bolanle Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu, and I didn't support him for the presidency, and I am still not one of his supporters even now. My candidate for the presidency of Nigeria is well known; Udom Gabriel Emmanuel, the outgoing two-term governor of Akwa Ibom State. I am perturbed about the wailing and the cries of the supporters of Peter Obi of the Labor Party. How could Peter Obi have won the presidential election? Asiwaju Bolanle Tinubu paid handsomely for political consultation from the best political minds and that was the results Nigerians saw and witnessed on Saturday, February 25, 2023. It is similar to paying hefty tuition to attend Harvard, Yale or Oxford for a law degree and you are headhunted by some of the best law firms in the world!
Give it to the Jagaban! He knew no Yoruba man or woman had won the presidential election in Nigeria convincingly and decisively before, so he learned from the political gurus of the 21st Century. Chief Obafemi Awolowo tried unsuccessfully to govern Nigeria through elections thrice but failed. Olusegun Obasanjo, the man who claimed to be a Yoruba man, but the carpetbagger of the northern establishment and the comprador of international das capital didn't win the elections of both 1999 and 2003 but was planted there by his retired military juniors for rehabilitation and as a sop to the Yoruba for their loss of MKO Abiola. The man who won convincingly in 1993 was prevented from delivering on his prosperity message by the oligarchy who killed Hope'93. Tinubu didn't read that historical misadventure of MKO, he lived it and so yours sincerely 30 years ago. To make history, you have to learn from history and consult those that already made history.
THE CHOICE OF RUNNING MATE: - "Can a nation be born in a day?" Says the Lord God of Israel" (Isaiah 66:08). Asiwaju was in the thick of the June 12, 1993, political crisis engineered by the skittish self-styled military president retired Gen. Ibrahim Babangida. Just like the rest of us, but more importantly, he walked side-by-side with my homonymous and knew the sociolinguistic contours and ethno-religious configurations of Nigerian polity. He knew Atiku Abubakar would whip up the ethnic card as a Hausa-Fulani and the irredentists would fall for it. To neutralize him and the PDP, he went for a Kanuri man. I knew this as far back as 2014 when we were conducting research for his biography. My wife and I were guests of my friend, Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola, erstwhile governor of the State of Osun at the Government House. Everybody knew Ogbeni as the then right-hand man of Asiwaju and so he entreated me to meet with Tinubu at his Bourdillon residence in Lagos. I refused insisting that I could pray anywhere for the man and the Holy Spirit would answer my prayers on behalf of the man. I hate name dropping but at times it is necessary. One of Asiwaju's most intimate chums and brain-trustors is my coeval, Sen. Tokunboh Afikuyomi, but if the Holy Spirit doesn't direct me to see any politician, I do not want to meet such a politician. My staff consisting of my former personal assistant Arinze Alinnor, Olanrewaju Daodu now in Australia, Saheed Sulaiman, Paul Kuyoro, Tunde Osho, Olaitan Samuelson and many others conducted the field and research works on the Asiwaju Biography. The biography was later reviewed by Dr Kingsley Moghalu in This Day Newspapers, Sen. Grace Folashade Bent in Nigeria World and Ogbeni Lanre Banjo in 2017. The Asiwaju Biography was partly serialized in this column earlier this year. But while working and praying over the biography here in Texas, the name of Sen. Kashim Shetima Mustapha kept cropping up and I wanted to find out what was his connection with Asiwaju. Pronto, the Holy Spirit told me to use him to write the Introduction to the Asiwaju Biography. That was as far back as 2016 when Asiwaju had not told anyone he would throw his hat into the presidential race. Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola sponsored the project and wrote the Foreword. We agreed that the biography should be launched in Lagos, and I met my senior professional colleague, Mr. Dele Alake and we discussed at length about the biography. The rest, as they say, is history.
I am not writing this as a Yoruba man or looking for a job in any government. As I have pointed out legionary times, I am not a politician and do not plan to be one in the future. I am a prophet of the Most High God, and the Holy Spirit is my Boss. To continue, by ingeniously picking Kashim Shettima Mustapha as his running mate, Tinubu neutralized the ethnic factor, because in terms of demographics, the votes of Kanuri ethnic stock (2.4%) combined with that of Yoruba (21%) and the two candidates splitting the votes of the Hausa (25%) all things being equal on religious ground will even up Atiku's votes. All these were permutations which paid off handsomely. It was a strategy taken verbatim from the playbook of Chief MKO Abiola 30 years earlier, who paired with Ambassador Babagana Kingibe, another Kanuri man. To counter the legitimate fears of the Christian community, Asiwaju, unbeknown to those shouting Peter Obi funneled money through third parties to the LP which baited Peter Obi as the party's presidential flagbearer. Asiwaju essentially turned the 2023 presidential contest into a three-race instead of the two-horse races from 1999 to 2019. Atiku Abubakar and the PDP were banking on one factor and one factor alone: the ethnic/tribal gambit and it failed woefully. As I disclosed last week, if the PDP had picked another candidate, like Udom Gabriel Emmanuel as its presidential flagbearer, the outcome of the 2023 presidential election would have been different altogether. The political strategists of Asiwaju-not the APC- advised that a candidate that would siphon votes from Atiku nay PDP in the southeast should be sourced for and Mr. Peter Obi fitted the bill off pat since he was running mate to Atiku four years earlier and it worked. By studying past elections in Nigeria: 1979, 1983, 1993, 1999, 2003, etc., there were some regular patterns. Consequently, by 12noon in Texas and 7pm in Nigeria when the votes in southwest had been released, I called my Personal Assistant, Dr Gerry Onukwugha in New Jersey that Asiwaju Bola Tinubu had won the presidency. I had already prophesied on Friday February 24, 2023, that Asiwaju would be declared by INEC as president-elect-24 hours before a single vote were cast. MONEY! MONEY!! MONEY!!! AND MONEY: - When the Nordic Musical Quartet, ABBA, sang the tribute to Mammon in 1977, they didn't have politicians in mind, but every student of liberal democracy knows its pervasive influence on participatory democracy. Even here in the United States, analysts rile against the veritable power of money in our politics. When Mitt Romney lost the presidency to President Obama in 2012, he alleged that incumbent President Obama used money to bribe some demographics in an election that both candidates spent $2.1bn. Yes, money and plenty of it, is needed to run and win presidential election in Nigeria. Asiwaju Bola Tinubu knew how late Chief MKO Abiola deployed kudi, ego, and owo to Cashimawo's advantage in Jos, Plateau State during the presidential election primary of the defunct SDP in 1992 and his eventual victory in June 1993. But he built bridges and empowered others by lifting them up thus becoming the eminence grise of Nigerian politics. From Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, Kayode John Fayemi, Adams Oshiomole to Raji Fashola, to Rotimi Akeredolu, late Abiola Ajimobi, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, Dapo Abiodun, and others too many to mention all attained their positions through the moral and financial backing of the man they defer and refer to as The Leader. Yes, it is good to have a financial war chest as Atiku Abubakar does, but running away to Dubai quadrennially doesn't make you a political tactician. Tell me the names of notable politicians that Atiku Abubakar has empowered?
The capacity to forgive and embrace political prodigals is a distinguishing hallmark of a good and kind-hearted leader and Asiwaju is an example. Do you see how he accepted Musiliu Obanikoro, Adeseye Ogunlewe and many others back to his camp after they had heaped abuses at him in one form or the other in the past? The late Yinka Odumakin once constituted himself into a dreadful bete noire of Tinubu heaping abuses on the old man. Not a single riposte from Asiwaju, but when the young man died in 2021, Asiwaju was one of the early mourners to visit his wife, Josephine Obiajulu Okei-Odumakin. Asiwaju gave the family N50miilion for the education of their two children: Josephine Jr a girl born in 2000 and Abraham, a boy born in 2003. Many would be shocked at the financial support that Asiwaju rendered to the large family of late Chief MKO Abiola for eight years while Tinubu was governor of Lagos State and thereafter. How about those he helped financially while in political exile during the Luciferan Sani Abacha military dictatorship? It will be too long to fit into this piece. As the Book of Life says, "Is this the fast I have chosen: a day for a man to deny himself, to bow his head like a reed, and to spread out sackcloth and ashes? Will you call this a fast and a day acceptable to the LORD? Isn't this the fast that I have chosen: to break the chains of wickedness, to untie the cords of the yoke, to set the oppressed free and tear off every yoke? Isn't it to share your bread with the hungry, to bring the poor and homeless into your home, to clothe the naked when you see him, and not to turn away from your own flesh and blood? Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will come quickly. Your righteousness will go before you, and the glory of the LORD will be your rear guard. Then you will call, and the LORD will answer; you will cry out, and He will say, 'Here I am.' If you remove the yoke from your midst, the pointing of the finger and malicious talk, and if you give yourself to the hungry and satisfy the afflicted soul, then your light will go forth in the darkness, and your night will be like noonday. The LORD will always guide you; He will satisfy you in a sun-scorched land and strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail. Your people will rebuild the ancient ruins; you will restore the age-old foundations; you will be called Repairer of the Breach, Restorer of the Streets of Dwelling" (Isaiah 58:5-12).
Again, I reiterate for nth time, I did not support Asiwaju Bolanle Ahmed Adekunle Tinubu during the 2023 presidential election; neither did I support Atiku Abubakar nor Peter Obi, but I am stating the facts as they are and so do not write any rubbish to me about your candidate. Again, I am not looking for a job under Asiwaju or any government anywhere for that matter. The True Lord God Almighty Who called me in truth and in deed supplies my food, clothing, and shelter as my Jehovah Jireh (Gen.22:14) to the Glory of my Lord, Master and Savior Jesus Christ, Hallelujah!
THE ISSUE OF INTERIM GOVERNMENT AND ASIWAJU'S SWEARING-IN MONDAY MAY 29, 2023: Any politician who treats prophecies with contempt from true and genuine prophets of the True Lord God Almighty does so at his own peril. The world is going mad! The people of the Noahic Age didn't perpetrate sins and abominable acts to the current astounding level in the Face of the True Lord God Almighty before He wiped that generation away with the Great Deluge. The people of Sodom and Gomorrah will protest their evisceration if the True Lord God Almighty spare this cursed and present generation from their sins. Where is the world going? The United States has confirmed that all countries in the world, in order to establish good relations with the great powers, must accept same-sex marriage (woman/woman or man/man. Germany has just signed the law that declares that there is no more incest, that is to say: brother and sister can get married, mom and son, dad, and daughter, etc. The city of Miami is now proclaimed the city of purchase of public sex. That means on the way, to church, at the mosque, at the market, at the football field, if you need sex, you can enjoy it at any time without any problem. Canada has allowed bestiality (sex with animals). In Spain: pornographic films are allowed in high school and universities. The authorization of the prostitution of minors is given. One Marg Luker of Canada states that any young girl at the age of 10 who feels sexual pleasure, no one should prevent her from exploring or finding out how her body works. Here in our Old USA Satanic churches can now operate and be legally allowed to congregate publicly under the guise of religion liberty. These are frightening days and moments in our generation. Do you see the artifices of Satan and his fallen agents across millennia using sexual perversions to destroy the human race? They did it during the Days of Noah when the Nephilim invaded the earth and consorted with women to pollute the earth. Again, they invaded the heartless people of Sodom and Gomorrah as well with this potent weapon of sexual depravity. Our Lord Jesus Christ drew analogies and parallels between these two cursed generations and our current human events: "As it was in the days of Noah, so will it be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying, and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. And they were oblivious, until the flood came and swept them all away. So will it be at the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be in the field: one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding at the mill: one will be taken and the other left. Therefore, keep watch, because you do not know the day on which your Lord will come. But understand this: If the homeowner had known in which watch of the night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. For this reason, you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour you do not expect" (Matthew 24:37-44).
People of the world, and especially fellow believers and co-pilgrims, my fellow strangers on earth and disciples of our Lord, Master and Savior Jesus Christ, the end is near, the departure in Glory is approaching. Christians are being distracted and Satan and the fallen angels want to drag the maximum number of souls with them in order to remove them from divine mercy. Let's be careful. Unbelievers and non-confessors of our Lord Jesus Christ; deniers and apostates, you can still turn your life around now and today and begin on a clean slate. No matter how far you have gone and strayed away from your Creator, you can confess your sins and disobedience to your Maker now and give your life to the Owner of your life, Who is our Lord, Master, and Savior Jesus Christ of Nazareth. It is not too late! If you think you will get away with your disobedience and sin against your Creator, you are sorely mistaken. Whether you like it or not, you will leave this temporary earth one day and again, whether you like it or not, you will be made to account for your deeds during the number of years you spent on this earth. Believe me, Jesus Christ is the Only Judge. Hear Him: "Furthermore, the Father judges no one, but has assigned all judgment to the Son, so that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him" (John 5:22 & 23). The True Lord God Almighty Who incarnated in the flesh in our Lord, Master and Savior Jesus Christ is the Only One Who will judge you and I on the Day of Judgement "For He has set a day when He will judge the world with justice by the Man He has appointed. He has given proof of this to everyone by raising Him from the dead" (Acts of Apostles 17:31; See also John 5:27; 9:39, Acts 10:42).
There is no other life to live apart from the life of our Lord Jesus Christ. He is our Creator, believe me. He is not a prophet, He is the Lord God Almighty Himself, because He said so in John 10:30; "I and the Father are One." Again, He said in John 14:9 thus: "Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, 'Show us the Father'? There is plethora of Bible references for you to know that my Lord, Master, and Savior Jesus Christ is the Sovereign Lord God Almighty Himself. So, if you think you believe in God, you must give your life to our Lord Jesus Christ, because as He again declared to us in John 14:06: "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." You can give your life to Jesus Christ now! Say this prayer now using Romans 10:9-10:
"Jesus Christ, I come to You now with penitent heart and contrite spirit. I confess I am a sinner. I have been living my life the way I want, which is a rebellion against You. I know that nothing good resides in me. That is why I come to You today to forgive me of my sins and rebellion. I believe in my heart that You came to this world over 2,000 years ago. You were born by the Virgin Mary in the city of Bethlehem of Judea. You lived with us for 33 years and was sinless. Then, You went onto the Cross and died for my sins and sins of the world. Then You rose up again three days later after defeating Satan and the hordes of darkness in the nether gloom and today, you are holding the keys of death and hades in Your Hands. Jesus Christ, I confess You with my mouth as my Lord, Master, and Savior. Your Death on the Cross had paid the penalty for my sins and Your resurrection was for my justification. From today onward, I will obey, worship, and praise You. I will not live for my self-centered and egoistical life anymore. I will do what You want me to do. I will serve You for the remainder years of my life. I will tell others about You and witness to others about Your love and works of redemption and finished work on Calvary. Take me as Your Own. Seal me with the Holy Spirt. Enable me to do what You have created me for on this earth. Use me for Your Glory Jesus Christ and let me live my full life span. Let me fulfill my destiny and after I have accomplished the purpose for which You created me and sent me to this earthly temporary realm, I will return to You as the Shepherd of my spirit and soul reign with You in Your Kingdom for eternity in Your Holy Name, Amen."
It is done now. You are saved and are now a child of the Living God. He is your father from now onward. Pray that this Jesus Christ will direct you to a Holy Spirit-filled and Word-based Church in your neighborhood where you can join other believers to grow in your new faith from now on. Please be careful you do not keep company with your former friends and crowds so they will not draw you back to your former ways of life. Remember the Holy Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come The old has gone, the new is here!" Remember you confessed your sins to the Lord Jesus Christ, and He forgave you, because He cannot lie. Make sure you do not renege on our vows never to commit those sins again. Find a Bible believing Church and tell the pastor or shepherd there that you have just given your life to our Lord, Master and Savior Jesus Christ and you want him to walk you through walking the Christian Walk. Satan and his demons, including their human agents will fight to bring you back to their cursed and darkened kingdom. You need to know how to fight through the deployment of the Word of God, because from now onward, "� our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God." (Ephesians 6:12-17). Thirdly, you need the Word of God for good success according to Joshua 1:8: "Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful."
