A FIRST SUCCESS FOR THE COACH SUNDAY OLISEH-LED TECHNICAL CREW!

he deed is done, and the price has been gotten! Nigeria has qualified for a second successive CHAN championship; at the expense of the Burkinabees, right in their back yard, in Ouagadougou! It was certainly a hard-fought out and a hard-won victory; more especially, considering the numerous obstacles, the Super Eagles went through, in getting the ticket. Chief among which was the unexpected indisposition of their master strategist and chief coach: Sunday Oliseh. A situation, which resulted, in the unfortunate withdrawal of Coach Oliseh from the team, shortly before they left for Ouagadougou, for the return leg. But the brave lads, under coaching guidance of: Coach Salisu Yusuf, Guy Losciuto and Aloy Agu, braved all odds, including a penalty kick awarded the home team in the first half, to clinch the qualification ticket; and thereby send a warm "get well," message to their ailing coach: Sunday Oliseh; and most importantly brighten up the hearts of soccer-loving Nigerians, who are still smarting from the failed qualification to the2015 African Nations' cup competition and the concomittant realisation, that their beloved Super Eagles, are no more the best in African soccer!

This victory will no doubt serve as a double morale booster to Coach Oliseh himself and the technical crew, who will no doubt be further motivated to carry on the good job they are doing so far!

After watching the Super Eagles trounce the "Indomitable Lions," of Cameroun, in Brussels, one had this gut feeling that the re-building process of the Super Eagles, was well on track. It doesn't really need a master tactician to revitalise the Super of Eagles of Nigeria. The country, has an enviable depth of talent, the envy of many a nation, that if properly harnessed, will countinue to bring huge successes, to Nigeria. The problem in the past, is that a combination of "accidental," and or "man-made" problems, have often conspired to rob the country, of the deserved price! A case in point, was the failed qualification for the 2015 Nations' cup competition. If all stake holders in Nigeria's soccer administration, decide to turn a new leaf, from now onwards, Nigeria's day of 'salvation,' will certainly not be in the distant future!

It is against this back drop, that yours truly, congratulates the Coach Sunday Oliseh-led technical crew, on this first of hopefully, many more successes that will follow, and to wish them well, as they go about the onerous task of giving Nigerians the Super Eagles of their dreams.

Coach Oliseh, knows what is at stake. He knows that the time to start preparing for the CHAN competition, which will take place, in Rwanda, starting from January, 2016, is now! The competition, has never been won by Nigeria; and yours truly, believes, given the depth of talent in the home-based Super Eagles, the competition, is winnable! This should be the goal of the Coach Oliseh -led technical crew; and if he succeeds in that adventure, he would warm his way into the hearts and minds of the ever soccer -loving Nigerians.

This should be his objective; and in this connection, he will always enjoy the fullest support of yours truly and indeed all Nigerians! Iseeeeeeeeh!!!!!!!

UP COACH OLISEH! UP SUPER EAGLES!! UP NIGERIA!!!
