JUSTICE KETANJI BROWN JACKSON (KBJ): SHE IS POISE, DIDACTIC AND BRILLIANT

"Good things happen when you have sustained ideas and a poise and refined temperament to deal with unusual or ugly circumstances in life." Yahaya Balogun.

"What a man does to other people will return to haunt or pay him." Yahaya Balogun.

s aptly posited by Victor Hugo, "no force on earth can stop an idea whose time has come." No matter how sinister people might try to impede a good person's progress, good will always triumph over evil. When Ketanji Brown Jackson, the brand new Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, was sworn in today, my mind raced back to great Black American emancipators who made painful struggles to liberate Black Americans.

Some of these emancipators are:

Booker T. Washington
Marcus Garvey
Fannie Lou Hamer
Malcolm X
Mary McLeod Bethune
Dick Gregory
Shirley Chisholm
Dorothy I. Height,
Jesse Jackson
Clarence Thomas
Henry Louis Gates, Jr.
Martin Luther King Jr.
Barack Obama, etc.

According to a Wikipedia source, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson is an American attorney and a quintessential jurist. She has served as a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit since 2021. In addition, until Justice Brown Jackson Ketanji swears today, she was an associate justice-designate of the United States Supreme Court. Justice Ketanji was Born on September 14, 1970 (age 51 years), in Washington, D.C., USA. Justice Jackson is a woman well-nurtured and natured by a nation nestled in her current weak exceptionalism.

Ketanji Brown Jackson had her formative education and youthful years at Miami Palmetto Senior High School. She proceeded to Harvard University and Harvard Law School, where she bagged her law degree and began her incredible law career. She was a public defender and interlocutor in the judicial system and muse. Judge Jackson was previously the Vice-Chair of the United States Sentencing Commission between 2010and 2014. Ketanji Brown Jackson is a vintage family woman with beautiful daughters and a supportive husband. She seems to have Nigerian genetic human engineering in her bright personality and brilliance.

Brilliantly, when your character begins to shine and glow, nothing can stop your grace and sincerity from the purviews of men and women of decency and indecency--both will recognize you. However, your recognition will be colored by etiquette, and only the racially discolored individuals will not acknowledge your intimidating persona, moral courage, and outstanding credentials.

Since her hearing began, I have been so emotionally overwhelmed and in a literary trance to write about this beautiful, brainy, high-powered lawyer, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson. This brainy woman weathered through the thick forests of hateful opposition and emerged triumphantly unscathed. Justice Jackson is a woman of historic firsts. Ketanji Brown Jackson was the first black woman to be confirmed to U.S. Supreme Court. This quintessential woman was confirmed as the replacement for retired Justice Bayer on the faithful day of April 07, 2022. She has broken the gender minority's glass ceiling. Justice Ketanji has entered the history book. She joins those who have paved the way for this generation to excel. She mentors younger generations of minorities yet to be born in the United States of America.

Sadly for posterity, GOP Senators exhibited sinister motives and preposterous arguments against Judge Jackson's nomination. The extreme Republican members at the hearing couldn't distinguish between judicial philosophy and the judge's discretion in sentencing in a court of law. So the extremists in the GOP threw her, some phony questions. Despite the racial baits thrown at the impeccable and history-making judge, she maintained her calm and poise with a sense of decency. But the Republican elements in the confirmation hearing still awkwardly found it challenging to distinguish between the fundamentals of laws and judicial philosophies.

President Biden made the historic announcement on Friday, February 25, 2022, about the nomination of federal Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson to replace retiring Justice Stephen G. Breyer. Politically, Judge Jackson is an outstanding choice that fulfills the president's pledge to nominate the first Black woman to the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition, it would make the 51-year-old Jackson just the third African American in the U.S. high court's 233-year history. Joyfully, I am very proud and admire this history-making woman who possesses incredible resilience and a reputation for family, patience, and honesty. Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson is a humble and brilliant woman who has distinguished herself in her chosen profession--the law.

Without any equivocation, I love America. America is a country with human flaws and racial wounds and scars, but America is incredible, with great opportunities and possibilities! Dream it! Achieve it in a land of opportunities and exceptionalism--that is a true genius and greatness of America. Like it, America has been the shining city on the hill. America has a unique way of bringing out the best in everyone and for the glory of God, self, and humankind. Thank you to the United States of America for allowing this writer to excel in his little way to contribute to America, now shaky exceptionalism.

In addition, we must celebrate this intelligent woman who has been a great representation of her ill-treated ancestors by decades of racial misnomers. In most cases, good things happen when you have sustained ideas and a refined temperament to deal with unusual or ugly circumstances in life. Despite the attempted distractions of those motivated by fear of the known and unknown, injustice, disrespect, and racial biases during her confirmation hearings, the well-nurtured jurist maintained her coolness, respect, determination, moral jurisprudence, and professionalism to put to shame the juvenile behaviors of her distractors.

Meanwhile, Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson was assessed for her impeccable character and brilliance. Again and again, Ketanji's eminent qualification and excellent credentials in U.S. jurisprudence intimidated those motivated by "what is best known to them." Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, the soon to resume as Justice of the United States Supreme Court--SCOTUS is a moral and ethical family standard and model for the feminine world. Kenji's story is an extraordinary story of every young and old black woman and girl in America who face unconscious bias daily. Justice Ketanji is a pacesetter for the less privileged Americans with the potential for greatness like her.

In politics and karma terminology, when a man is motivated by hate, he will be morally bankrupt, blindfolded by resentment and self-hate, and eventually self-destruct into moral or political oblivion. What a man does to other people will come back to haunt him. A man with a sense of decency has always found ways to harmonize excellent and evil in times of moral crisis. Good is good, and wrong is cruel. There are no other maquillage or makeups (cosmetics) to beautify the two (good and bad) human behavioral nuances. We will all reap what we sow. Apologies to King Sunny Ade: Ma jr un t mo ba f'?w? mi ?e, ma j? r .

One moral lesson from Judge Ketanji Brown Johnson's confirmation hearing is that no condition is permanent--and no one can stop an idea whose time has come. How judge Jackson maturely controlled the juvenile and implicit biased behaviors of those who racially baited her to be sappy has further embellished her unique law credentials and her grace in public glares. It shows she will maintain her fairness and dispenses Justice without fear or favors in discharging her sacred duties. It is heartwarming that her demonstrable grace will invariably dwarf moral depravity whenever it surfaces anywhere.

Furthermore, another moral lesson learned is that: we must always control our emotions when environmental factors activate them. We must never allow our emotions to control us. A less than one-minute hate or violent reactionary motion can ruin a reputation we have used our entire life to build. Let's always process our thoughts before executing our raw thoughts and emotions. Let's morally sieve our emotions to separate our positive and negative thoughts. Then, despite all odds, we must endeavor to use our positive thoughts to review and bring the best out of us. We will be happy and live forever even after kicking the bucket.

Historically, the morally deficient personae and revolting participants in Ketanji Brown Jackson's historic hearing have gracefully and disgracefully etched their roles in the history book. However, history will be benevolent and merciful to the memories of those who allowed reasonable and memorable history in the confirmation of Judge Katenji Brown Jackson. Undoubtedly, this brilliant black woman is now a Justice and exemplary member of SCOTUS--the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
