NIGERIA'S FANTASTICALLY DECEITFUL GOVERNMENT: THE GAME IS OVER;
RELEASE THE WHOLE 'MISSING CHIBOK GIRLS' ALL AT ONCE NOW (1-2)

advertisement

Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when first we practice to deceive (Sir Walter Scott)

The Second Chibok girl, an SS1 student, was never abducted in Chibok (The Bring Back Our Girls #BBOG advocacy group)

You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time (Abraham Lincoln)

h Nigerians, how did we get into this mess? It's unfortunate that an army of sheep (dolts) are leading and manipulating the lions of Nigeria. How is it possible that we elected a namby-pamby president?

On April 14, 2014, the world went into shock: That day, we were told that heavily armed Boko Haram insurgents stormed a government-run boarding secondary school in the town of Chibok, in Borno State, and abducted scores of schoolgirls from their dormitories. All over the world, people have been calling for the release or rescue of the girls.

Look at all these:

Were these girls actually abducted or did some people make up the story? Where then did Boko Haram keep the girls, as such that every effort made to locate and rescue them has proved abortive? Many Nigerians still doubt the kidnapping of the 276 girls, when nobody saw the insurgents move their "human cargoes" from the school to anywhere they might have taken them to. No police man, no military personnel, no local government official, no vigilante or any other person saw when and how the girls were abducted. Our security forces were supposed to be guarding that area when that incident happened. How come that they were taken wholly unaware, and had no chance to stop the abduction? I don't think it was easy and quiet to move such a large number from Point A to Point B, more especially, when the girls must have been shouting and crying while they were being taken away.

There were contradictory details from some of the students who claimed that they escaped from the captors. The problem was that those "eye witnesses" gave their respective accounts of what transpired that night only in Hausa Language, as none was able speak English, and what was churned out to the world were the translated versions of their respective accounts, and you and I know that the translators must have added or removed something from the girls' original accounts. According to Dr. Deborah Nelson, "One of the girls claimed that Boko Haram used only 2 trucks to convey them that night. If these girls were the real students in question, were they going to write SSSE in Hausa language? Is it possible to use only two trucks to successfully transport 234 girls and food stuff to Sambisa Forest which is about 60 km from Chibok Village that night?"

Even the police and the Borno State government couldn't give an accurate figure of the number of girls taken, because, according to Africa Check, when asked the day after, the Borno State government, speaking on the basis of information passed to them by the school principal, Asabe Kwambura, declared that 129 girls had been staying at the school that night and were abducted. Of these, 14 escaped as they were driven into the bush, leaving 115 still being held by their captors. So, base on this fact, everything didn't add up!

The opposition parties then had a field day with this sensational news, blaming President Jonathan for the kidnapping, claiming that it took him about two weeks for him to react, and by that time, the captors have taken the captives very far. Even Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno State, an APC member, who is the chief security officer of his state, put politics above the lives of those kidnapped girls by telling us that he did not call President Goodluck Jonathan then to brief him after Boko Haram abducted over 200 school girls from Chibok, because, he knew that security agencies must have briefed the president of the development the day it happened. The APC that was at the forefront of the attack against President Jonathan then, is today in power. And from what we are seeing, the question of what, how and why the girls were kidnapped becomes imperative, because, everything is not clear here.

Obasanjo came out and told the world that the abducted Chibok Girls will never return, as many have died, and that the remaining girls have been split into groups. Obasanjo claimed that he had his information from a reliable source, who was in contact with the Boko Haram leadership. Obasanjo said that he would not intervene for the release of the girls, because, Jonathan's government didn't ask him to. That was months to the election; by then, Obasanjo and his co-conspirators have decided to remove Goodluck Jonathan from power by all means.

There was a national and international conspiracy here, that's why many still doubt if the alleged abduction really happened. Dr. Deborah Nelson from Ilorin, Kwara State, wrote this: "In the heat of bloody campaigns by DEADLY Islamist terrorist group, Boko Haram, to MAKE Nigeria ungovernable as promised by Hausa-Fulani politicians, a bizarre drama was staged AT Chibok Village. (Remember that) in October 2010, Alhaji Lawal Kaita said, "We will make Nigeria UNGOVERNABLE for Jonathan. Anything short of a NORTHERN president is tantamount to stealing OUR presidency. Jonathan has to go and he will go. Even if he uses the incumbency powers to get HIS nomination on the platform of the PDP, he will be frustrated out of office". In furtherance of the Kaita's resolve to frustrate President Jonathan out of office, Boko Haram was transformed from a horde of misguided 'bornthroways' to a well-funded, bloodthirsty gang of murderers. The alleged abduction and failure of Jonathan's administration to rescue the girls has become a sore thumb in our national life, hence, the need to revisit it with a view to asking some pertinent questions".

The United States and other western countries, despite the fact that their airplanes and drones were conducting aerial surveillance missions over the Sambisa forest, and must have located the abducted girls, if the abduction was real, but, did nothing to rescue them. Why? Because, they wanted President Goodluck Jonathan's downfall for not following their orders! The International Business Times wrote, "The Chibok kidnapping quickly captivated an international audience through a global social media campaign, but the pleas to bring back the schoolgirls never translated into their rescue, despite scaled-up military operations".

The Vanguard wrote that "US and UK surveillance discovered the whereabouts of the kidnapped schoolgirls, spotted around 80 of the 276 Nigerian girls seized by Boko Haram in 2014, but didn't do anything about it, as rescue attempt was considered too 'high risk' Videos have emerged showing the girls are being brutally raped regularly". Dr Andrew Pocock, the former British high commissioner to Nigeria, justified the Western World's inaction here by saying that a rescue would have meant a significant risk to the rescuers and even more so to the girls. The west also claimed that the then government didn't ask for any help, but, that's as far from the truth as you can imagine!

How did President Jonathan defy the west that it was bent on seeing him out of office? President Obama, the British government and other western powers decided to remove President Goodluck Jonathan from power, because, he refused to allow the establishment of the United States' African Command Headquarters, currently in Stuttgart, Germany, in Nigeria. For those who don't know, the United States Africa Command (U.S. AFRICOM) is one of the nine Unified Combatant Commands of the United States Armed Forces, headquartered at Kelley Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany. It is responsible for U.S. military operations and military relations with 53 African nations. Its area of responsibility covers all of Africa except Egypt, which is within the area of responsibility of the United States Central Command (Wikipedia). Another reason Obama and the west turned their back on President Jonathan, was the latter's refusal to veto the anti-gay bill passed by the national assembly, which he signed into law. For these, Obama and the west threw their weight behind Buhari's candidacy, and made sure he was elected the President of Nigeria, as he promised to give them, the west, what President Jonathan refused them, if they help him get elected. Today, Buhari is the president, but, I wonder if he will fulfill the promise he made to the west, just as he has failed in fulfilling the numerous ones he made to Nigerians during the campaign.

At home, groups such BBOG, hyped the alleged abduction of the Chibok Girls in order to deceive the world that President Jonathan wasn't upto his job, and deserved no re-election. According to Trent, the founder of the Bring Back Our Girls movement, Ms. Hadiza Bala Usman, an All Progressives Congress (APC) member, was "rewarded" for her work running the movement- which was focused on taking down the Goodluck Jonathan government - with the position of chief of staff to the Kaduna Governor, Nasir El Rufai and a position on Buhari's anti-corruption advisory committee.

What's going on now?

The Chibok Girls have been in captivity for about two years now, and President Buhari has been at the helm for almost a year, and still the Chibok Girls weren't found or rescued, despite Buhari's campaign promise that he will rescue them within months if elected. All of a sudden, due to the hardship in the land caused by the present government's ineptness, we're now being told that two of the missing girls have been rescued. This government that promised Nigerians change has been unleashing suffering and hardship on them, and the latest is the removal of the petroleum subsidy, thereby hiking the price of PMS to N145 instead of the N45 Buhari promised during the campaign. Is there a grand deception here to take pressure off from the furore caused by the subsidy removal? Is this government using the "rescues" of the Chibok Girls to cloak its incompetence, and as a trophy to display, as its achievement, as it marks its one year of existence? Is the rescues stage-managed to distract Nigerians from their pain provoked the more by this government? Are these furphies?

First of all, we were told that one of the girls, Amina Nkeki or whatever they called her, was rescued, as she was fetching fire wood with her 4 month old baby and the man who impregnated her, who was also a Boko Haram member. If that's true, it then means that Boko Haram is not under any pressure from the Nigerian military, if it was possible for it to send out one of the abducted girls with her baby and her boy friend or husband to go fetch firewood. If Boko Haram was in any way threatened by the Nigerian military, as this fantastically deceitful government claims, it, the terrorist group, wouldn't have sent the girl, with her child and boyfriend/husband, out without other insurgents guarding them. From the story, it means that the girl, her child and boyfriend were just freely strolling, looking for firewood, and didn't feel threatened in any way. Afterall, we were told that the first rescued Chibok schoolgirl revealed that six of her colleagues have died in captivity, and that they are well secured and protected from the Nigerian army.

Two days after they told us that the first missing Chibok Girl was rescued, they told us again that a second missing Chibok Girl has been rescued, and in the days ahead, they will definitely tell us that another girl has been rescued, and that will go on and on and on, as they will be "rescuing"/releasing the girls one after another. I believe they know where those girls are; they should release them all at once, rather than cozening, prating and distracting the gullible. The government should come clean! There are conflicting information out there: What's the actual name of the first rescued girl, and who really rescued her? These were put into perspective by Ngozi Ogoke Chris-Agboje:

Rescued Chibok girl is Faltama Mbaballa, says Army.

* She's Nkeki Amina Alli, says Community.

* She's Aishat Alli, says school principal.

* She was rescued at Baale community, near Damboa, says Army.

* She was found at Kilekusa community, says Chibok Community.

* Army takes credit for her Rescue.

* Chibok community says she was found by JTF

* Chibok girl was 15 years at abduction 2years ago but today she is 19. 15+2=19.

* Two years in the forest, she came out with a smooth skin, no hurt, not malnourished.

NOTE: Aisha Buhari visited Chibok parents and donated N55milllion. Then, 24 hours after, one of the kidnapped girls with 3 names was rescued.

* How did the girl escape from her captors?

* How many days has the girl been wandering in the forest before she was rescued?

* What was the girl feeding on all those days considering that she is a nursing mother?

* Why can't this girl speak English, being an SSCE student at the time she was kidnapped?

* Where did the terrorist husband emerge from or was he with the girl because the news broke with just the rescue of a Chibok girl and baby?

* Is a royal reception at Aso-Rock a punishment for a Terrorist for getting the Chibok girl pregnant and killing hundreds?

WORTHY OF NOTE

The military had bombarded and cleared up all the camps, destroyed every food supplies, combed in and out Sambisa Forest in the past months.

How am I supposed to get answers here, if these ?#?LyingLiars? refuse to supply me more lies? (elombah.com)
