he need for incorruptible men and women cannot be more relevant in a world where there is a dire need for people who will stand out with unalloyed integrity in their chosen vocation and calling. God is searching for a people who are incorruptible, who believe in their dreams and pursue it tenaciously to see it to fruition. It is not enough to be the best within your locality. In as much as this is a good feat, there is an impact greater than that. The world is looking for solution providers for her many troubles. There are so many needs that have not been met. So many discoveries that have not been made. Your honor and prosperity is linked to the solution you can proffer to the many problems that have bedeviled the world.

Africa is faced with a problem of leadership. She's been referred to as the dark continent because of her many troubles. The world moral and social standard is collapsing at an alarming rate. There is a yearning for a new breed of leaders who will help provide direction and bear the torch of transformation to our world. Hence, the cry for an incorruptible Breed who are fired up to impact their world

Thank God the church of God is moving forward and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Nonetheless, the global church of Christ has continued to face one of the most ferocious attacks in recent time. This situation is being compounded by charlatans who are on the prowl deceiving many and causing more problems for the church. The need for a change agent cannot be disputed. There is a clarion call for men who are incorruptible. Those that will put the interest of the Kingdom before their own selfish desires.

It is the time for Africa to break out from the mold. Recent studies reveal that Africa is leading the pack in the emerging economies of the world and Nigeria is at the fore front of this great achievement. It is our time to stretch and fill up the void. Who says I cannot be the next Warren buffet in the business world? Who says you cannot be the next Steve Jobs in the tech world? These people did not just stumble into the enviable positions they carved for themselves. They had a mind shift and were determined to make it to the top. They are not spirits, they have blood running in their vein but there is something they did (and kept doing) that have kept them on the world scene that many in our world have not realized.

Many are born but not many will make an impact. It is never uncommon to find in every generation a few men and women who are not just eager to see a change happen but had gone ahead to become instruments for that change. I have come to realize that a common denominator in the lives of those who are making global impact is their determination to succeed whatever betides. They won't allow the challenges faced along the way to cage them. They are trailblazers. They are not afraid to step where others failed to tread. Their eyes could see a gold buried in the rubble. They never cared travelling alone if that is what it takes for them to reach their goal of impacting the world. No matter what you have achieved and acquired in life, it will not count if you do not impact the lives of others.

I read a story about a certain man taking a morning walk by the beach. He saw that along with the morning tide came hundreds of starfish and when the tide receded, they were left behind and with the morning sun-rays, they would die. The tide was fresh and the starfish were alive. The man took a few steps, picked one and threw it into the water. He did that repeatedly. Right behind him there was another person who couldn't understand what this man was doing. He caught up with him and asked, "What are you doing? There are hundreds of starfish. How many can you help? What difference does it make?" This man did not reply, took two more steps, picked up another one, threw it into the water, and said, "It makes a difference to this one."

What difference are we making? Big or small, it does not matter. If everyone made a small difference, we'd end up with a big difference, wouldn't we? Don't wait for the big platform before you touch lives. There are countless numbers of people waiting to be touched and impacted. If I make a difference in my little corner and you positively touch lives in your little corner, you can imagine the impact this will have on our world. Definitely some people will not see reasons in what you are doing like the man in our story, they will attempt to make you look stupid but you know what, when you keep picking those 'little starfish' you would have helped to preserve a generation. Making impacts does not typically require a 'megaphone,' your Father that sees your work in the secret will reward you in the open. Dare to be different by making a positive impact. God bless.
