NIGERIA 2015: OUR GOD REIGNS!

The Kingdom is the Lord's and he is the governor among the nations (Psalms 22:28)

n my article on the series of The Church, the Bride of Christ (Part 3): The Church as a Watchman (2), http://nigeriaworld.com/feature/publication/gloria-grace/0826-2-14.html

I emphasized that the Lord put the keys of the Kingdom in the hands of the Church to determine who rules over the nation. In Jeremiah 1: 10, the Lord said to Jeremiah: See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant. Quoting from my article from the above link:

The authority to install and unseat the government is in the hands of the Church. When the people of Israel demanded for a human king, rejecting God from being their King, He sent Prophet Samuel to anoint Saul as King over the house f Israel. When Saul however, began to walk out of divine alignment through disobedience, the Lord sent Prophet Samuel again to go and dethrone him.

And, in his place was King David, the young man after the heart of God. God chose him. Daniel said to King Nebuchadnezzar that the most High rules in the Kingdom of men and gives it to whomsoever He wills.

How then does the Church determine who is the right choice of government? First of all, we understand that the Church is the extension of the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. We are the Embassy of the Kingdom of God, God's ambassadors enforcing the Kingdom culture, rule and the will of God on Earth. We are the possessors of the Keys of the Kingdom expressing the purpose of God against the Kingdom of darkness; pushing back the forces of Hell from prevailing against the plan and purpose of God on Earth. We are the Lord's armies expressing His purposes on Earth.

The Lord therefore, set up a governmental body (the five-fold ministry of Christ) in the Church according to His will to govern the Church, for the edification of His Body, the perfecting of the saints and the purpose of His Kingdom on Earth. The Prophets therefore, are the Lord's mouthpiece or His messengers who receive the revelation of His will concerning our lives and what is going on in the world, and through the Apostolic authority and intercessions of the Church, we enforce the purpose and the will of God upon the Earth realm.

The question is: What is God saying concerning the two candidates who are contesting the election this end time? Are they the will of God? I remember the election of 1993, God did not choose either of the candidates even though that the people, who did not understand the purpose of God in that crises, wanted something to happen. God had His own agenda, which would only be manifested with the cooperation of the Church. Was the Church willing to cooperate with God in His plan or just wishing that one of their kinsmen become the President of Nigeria? Are we doing the will of God, or our own will and the will of man? Who do we serve? Our bellies, our greed or God and His Kingdom purpose on Earth? Are we representing Him?

Concerning this, I know why God postponed this coming election: to give the people of God more chance to seek His counsel concerning His will. Believe me, neither of these two candidates is God's choice. I saw devil sitting upon the throne of Nigeria, and yesterday I saw the word "BLOOD", written in blood upon the throne of Nigeria. The more I pray about it, it is still there; but the Blood of Jesus cancels out that impending "bloody throne". I continue to see more troubles concerning this election and armored cars and weapons of war prepared, awaiting the election and next government.

Our prayers will need to be focused more on rededicating Nigeria back to God. In one of the articles I published in the past concerning the fixing of the foundational problems of Nigeria, it was made clear to me just as I put it on that article that the problems of Nigeria has been inside the government house where a gate of hell was opened through ritual sacrifices made inside there. God has been working on that through the power of the Blood of Jesus Christ.

So far, we have advanced in our Christianity and relationship with God that we are supposed to understand that God is planning to set up His own government over Nigeria and to fulfill His prophetic purpose for the nation. As I emphasized on that article with the link above, the Church does not sit down there and accept whatever goes. They need to understand that purpose of God for Nigeria and enforce divine agenda. That is the purpose of the Apostles and the apostolic authority; that is the purpose of the Prophets, the teachers and all the five-fold governmental administration of the body of Christ. But the question is: How many people are sincerely into enforcing…: Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on Earth as it is done in Heaven.

Refer to my Vision and Prayers for Nigeria:
http://nigeriaworld.com/feature/publication/gloria-grace/012515.html.

We do not need people that don't have the Spirit of God to rule over the nation again. We do not need people that walk in darkness rather than the light of God to rule over the nation. We need people with vision because, without vision people perish. We need people with purpose, people that understand the heart of God for this end-time and for the people of Nigeria; we need leaders that see the masses as people made in the image of God and need to be saved from both now and eternal destruction…leaders with compassion and eternal perspective. That is the focus of our prayer, the leader that understands the prophetic purpose of Nigeria and commit to fulfil divine mandate for the nation. That's the only way we will enjoy peace, abundance and security.

It is only God that has chosen such a leader, and our prayer is for the enforcement of the will of God, and for the revelation of such leader. It is sure. God's will shall surely prevail. His counsel shall surely stand, and the thing which He purposed shall be brought to pass…that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men (Isaiah 46: 10; Daniel 4: 17).
