he Sovereign Lord God Almighty of the heavens and the earth and all that are in them rule over all. Sovereignty does not belong to the people; rather, it belongs to the True Lord God Almighty Whom I serve in Truth and in Deed. As I watched Prime Minister David Cameron penultimate week in London paying respects and obeisance to the Jehovah Yahweh at the Redeemed Christian Church of London retreat in the presence of Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the Lord God Almighty told me: "These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is based on merely human rules they have been taught." (Isaiah 29: 13). Politicians are a funny bunch of human beings. They play games with the citizens, voters, their fellow politicians, even play games, hide and seek with their own wisdom and incredibly, they think they can play games with their Maker. As the late Chief MKO Abiola used to say, it is not good for anyone to hide at the back of his fingers but politicians try always and at all times to hide at the back of their own fingers. Prime Minister Cameron behaved to type as a politician and confirmed what the Lord just revealed, because as soon as he received blessings from Pastor Adeboye, he skedaddled to the Sikh Temple in another part of London to pay homage. Now wait a minute; why would a political leader turn 360 degree in less than twenty four hours in his quest to receive from On High? Can the real God that Prime Minister Cameron please stand up? Why do most politicians and those offering themselves for political offices suffer intense spiritual identity crises? Why are politicians all weather spiritual characters and are merely and continuously driven by the wind? Simple! It is because of their monomaniacal and blind motivation and pursuit of power. Many politicians are so driven by the lure of power that they are ready to accommodate any spiritual charlatan and submit their spiritual destinies for anything as long as they justify their power ends. It was this spiritual blindness that afflicted outgoing President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria which saw to his defeat for his second term in office. Mr. Cameron is threading that path and has lost his position as the Prime Minister of Great Britain. As we revealed and prophesied here in this column last week, Mr. David Cameron will not return as Prime Minister this week Thursday May 07, 2015.
There is something about power and its matrix in Divine Principles. Character is very important in the exercise of any forms of power, more so political power. When an aspiring political leader refuses or cannot succinctly articulate a greater ideal more than self in the quest for power, the heavenly beings laugh and dismiss the political aspirations of such lesser mortals. One of the sorriest characters in political disaster and leadership failure that all aspiring politicians should take time to study and read about is the classic case of the first king of Israel: Mr. Saul. No one had ever been so fortunate and favored to write his name in gold than the son of Kish. People may say he was lucky; no, it was Divine Favor. He never jockeyed for the kingship; he belonged to a nondescript tribe of Benjamin, he had no qualifications or credentials suited for the throne and he had 40 years to fulfill his destiny even after he was rejected by the Lord. Many do not know that the same 40 years that the Lord God Almighty gave to Saul, were the same years given to King David and King Solomon. Go and compare the ways and manners Saul chose to spend his forty years with David and Solomon, you will be amazed the consequences of grasping for power with otiose motives, but power for power sake. This is the tragedy of today's leaders and in this Church Age, if all aspiring political leaders and office holders will humble themselves and be motivated by higher callings, history will be kind to them. And a higher glory awaits them too.
The True Lord God Almighty wants to promote those politicians and political leaders committed to greater ideals and are aspiring to serve lofty purposes. It is a tragedy to be continuously propelled and motivated by self always. There is a problem in your part of the world that the Almighty God has purposed that you will solve and He has placed you in that part of the world to provide the answer. Take Nigeria and most of Africa for examples; many of our country men and women cannot find food to eat, even ordinary and basic things such as water, food and clothing are outside the reach of millions of our citizens. In the midst of these terrible and serious needs are politicians expending millions of money on vainglorious and opulent lifestyles without caring for the poor and the needy in our midst. In this Church Age, the True Lord God Almighty has mandated His anointed own to search and look for God-fearing men and women to come out of their cocoon and occupy public offices and thus make a meaningful impact and change in our world. Yes, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ told us in John 18:36:
"Jesus said, "My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to prevent my arrest by the Jewish leaders. But now my kingdom is from another place." But some believers have forgotten that our Lord Jesus Christ didn't say He didn't own this earth, because He created it and will not cede it to Satan, so when He spoke about this "world," He meant the system of doing things in the current worldly system, because the world is different from the earth. That was the reason He referred to us, His disciples and followers as "the salt of the earth" (Matthew 5:13) and He enjoined us to "�let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven" (Matthew 5: 16). Where will the unbelievers of the world glorify our Lord? Not in heaven, but right here on the planet earth so it is pure nonsense and certainly unscriptural for those Christians saying we born-again Christians should be apolitical and not be involved in the political situations of our nations. Pure bunkum and hogwash! We are not of this world, but we are part of this earth, therefor we have the Divine Power and mandate to push back the gale of darkness in our world.
The greatest prayer in the entire Bible was recorded in John 17. It was prayed by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and in that prayer, the Lord prayed for us-His disciples, you and me this way in John 17: 15-16: "My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. They are not of the world, even as I am not of it." In this Church Age which we are in, the plan of our Heavenly Father is not to take the church out of this earth, but for the church to be a beacon of heavenly realm in a culturally-debased and sin-soaked world. Not until He comes for the bride which is the Church will we be out of here, but for now, the Church is expected to radiate heavenly glory, show and demonstrate to the people of the world how heavens looks like, but unfortunately we believers are bickering and trying to conform to the world. The world is to look at and onto the Church and tries to conform to the Church, but what do we see today? The Church is being run like a multinational corporation and franchises and we are busy tearing ourselves apart and beating down each other which gall the Heart of our Lord and Savior. No blood-bought and Holy Spirit-filled child of the Living God should complain and wring his/her hands in utter despair and hopelessness in any nation where bad people are in authorities and oppressing the poor, the defenseless, widows, strangers, the fatherless, the disabled and handicapped and the orphans. We are to push back the gale of darkness and attack frontally demonic hosts and the powers of darkness so that the unbelieving world will know surely that our Rock is not like their rock and without any iota of doubt, our Lord Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior indeed, Hallelujah! Genuine children of the Living God should be tired by now of utter sense of hopelessness etch out on the faces of people being oppressed and buffeted by bad leaders and when you ask these defenseless people what they are doing about bad leadership, they retort resignedly and exasperatedly; "God will help us o! My Lord God is not that helpless. What you allow and tolerate will happen and take place and conversely, what you do not allow to stand cannot stand. Consequently, in this Church Age, we the children of God have been given the mandate to plant God-fearing men and women in positions of authority who will genuinely serve the interests of the masses, rule with the fear of God and do good to the Glory of His Highest. Those who say the redeemed children of the Lord should not get involved in politics do not read the Bible very well. May be they missed the memo and they need to go back and crosscheck from the Father what His will is in this matter which He had already disclosed in the Manual of Life, the Holy Bible. In the coming days, weeks, months and years, we are going to continue to use these God-given powers to decide who rule nations around the world. Beginning from Nigeria this year, we removed President Goodluck Jonathan. This week, and in the wee hours of Friday, we shall remove Prime Minister David Cameron and plant Mr. Edward Samuel Miliband as the new Prime Minister of Great Britain. As I disclosed last week in this column, Miliband is half-black because of his Jewish ancestry and he may not even know that he has Ethiopian blood in his lineage.
In Central Africa this year, the curtain will fall on another African president. I am referring to the President of Burundi, Mr. Pierre Nkurunziza. This young man is taunting fate and his inordinate ambition to hang onto power against the expressed wishes of Burundians will spell doom for him. In my visit to Canada last week, the issue of Burundi featured in many discussions and as the Lord lives, if this young man doesn't quit and allow the constitutional provision which terminates his second term as president to stay, he will not survive the current unrest in Burundi. Nkurunziza has been in power since 2005 and after a decade in office, he should relinquish power and step aside in line with the Burundian constitution. His attempt to stay in power and tinker with the constitution to allow him a third term in office will be his final chapter in the history of Burundi. President Nkurunziza will be assassinated, if he forces himself on the Burundian people and seeks a third term in office. As a former warlord, he is going to pay dearly for all the souls he killed during the war of 1995 and his end has come. He can postpone the final judgment of the Lord God Almighty, if he steps aside and allow free and fair election to take place this year in his country. He also has a choice to end like his late father, Mr. Eustache Ngabisha who was assassinated in 1972. The current game President Nkurunziza is playing in Burundi will not end well and if he thinks he will take as many innocent souls as possible with him, he is mistaken. He will be the only one to go down as the Holy Spirit directs us. Burundi has seen enough carnage, bloodshed, tears, sorrows, orphans and the fatherless and this is the time for men and women of faith to step in and stand in the gap for this Great Lakes nation in Africa.
I am still not done with Gov. Olusegun Rahman Mimiko of Ondo State. I have stated the reasons I am interested in what goes on in this state, because, it is my state. We have been given the mandate from the Most High to pick a candidate who will govern this state next year. But to the current political game being played by the self-styled Iroko or mahogany of Ondo State, I see this Iroko tree being hewn and cut down. Hear and see the vision of the end of Iroko as stated in Daniel 4: 13-14: "I was looking in the visions in my mind as I lay on my bed, and behold, an angelic watcher, a holy one, descended from heaven. He called in a loud voice: 'Cut down the tree and trim off its branches; strip off its leaves and scatter its fruit. Let the animals flee from under it and the birds from its branches." Hear me Mr. Iroko, this will be your last lofty position and political appointment in the history of Nigeria. In the years to come, a new king will assume power in your stead and open the books. Your past will be re-visited and because the Good Lord loves men and women of integrity (Joshua 24: 14) which unfortunately you are not, you will be disgraced. Go and write it down and note this that you past misdeeds will be your undoing. I do not hate you and have no personal issues with or against you, but I hate your brand of politics, which is not of God and very Satanic. When you point accusing fingers at your deputy, you stand condemned yourself of the same accusations you hurled at Olanusi. Many deputy Governors changed their political parties in Nigeria during this dispensation and they were not impeached. You also played the political harlot yourself and nobody crucifies you and how dare you raise your whip against Olanusi? Now you have reached the end of your political journey. Alhaji Olanusi should go to court and reclaim his job. It is not enough for a felled Iroko to subvert the will of the people. I say it again; Olanusi should go to court and reclaim his seat.
*Alhaji Ali Olanusi: The Lord says we should tell Olanusi to go to court and he will be re-instated as the deputy governor of Ondo State and the so-called purported impeachment carried out by 24 members of the Ondo State House of Assembly will be set aside."
Now hear the Holy Spirit all 24 of you at the Ondo State House of Assembly that collected filthy money from your paymaster, Mimiko to carry out the impeachment of Alhaji Olanusi "And you shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds the clear-sighted and subverts the cause of those who are in the right, "(Exodus 23: 8) beginning with your ring leaders; Jumoke Akindele, Ifedayo Akinsoyinu, Olatunji Dauro , Oyebo Aladetan, Dare Emiola, and the rest saboteurs, calamity, disaster and carnage are welling up at astonishing speed for all of you. For collecting dirty money from Iroko to subvert justice and insult old age, for violating the sacred command of the True Lord God Almighty in Proverbs 25: 27: "Whoever is greedy for unjust gain troubles his own household, but he who hates bribes will live," each and every one of you has brought trouble, fear and instability onto your households and families. For succumbing to the filthy lucre offered you by Mimiko to do his bidding and setting up a kangaroo impeachment panel, and you didn't hear from the old man you purportedly impeached thereby each and every one of you in the impeachment panel violated the immutable and sacred command of the True Lord God Almighty, the Creator of the heavens and the earth and all that are in them in Deuteronomy 19: 15: "One witness is not enough to convict anyone accused of any crime or offense they may have committed. A matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses." For entertaining the charges brought to you by Mimiko, who is also a violator of the same charges he brought against his deputy and you 24 members of the House of Assembly in Ondo State deliberately turned blind eyes to the egregious acts of Mimiko, because he had given you dirty and satanic money, thereby you violated the immutable and sacred law and command of the True Lord God Almighty in 1 Timothy 5: 19: " Do not entertain an accusation against an elder unless it is brought by two or three witnesses." In the view of the fact that you accused Alhaji Olanusi of grave accusations and not a single person came forward to prove any of the allegations, I decree and pronounce the curses on each of you 24 lawmakers at the Ondo State of Assembly that each and every one of you that collected dirty money from your paymaster Iroko will not excel. May you all be individually disgraced in the political life of Ondo State and in Nigeria? May each and every one of you 24 lawmakers in Ondo State House of Assembly that collected money at night from Mimiko to impeach Olanusi never find rest all the days of your lives, for you have sinned against your consciences, against an innocent man, against the people of Ondo State and above all, against the Lord God Almighty. May each and every one of you 24 lawmakers in Ondo State House of Assembly that were induced by Mimiko to move against Olanusi be disgraced openly. These curses will catch up and overtake and overwhelm you in all your undertakings all the days of your lives. Unless you have not collected dirty, cursed and illicit money from Mimiko to carry out the impeachment and you did it with the integrity of your hearts and the material facts of the evidence, then these curses will not affect each and every one of you 24 lawmakers in Ondo State House of Assembly. So I decree in the Mighty Name of Jesus, Amen.
