have been receiving messages such as the one above from Nigerians around the nation. Most of our people are now very active and very aware and well informed. Nigerians know what is going on and they are following the tragedy that the Jonathan kleptocracy has become. Most are shocked that Jonathan even has the audacity to stand for re-election. It amazes many that a man who is no longer in control of the full estate that was handed over to him and who cannot account for several billions of dollars and naira still wants to remain at the helm of government. Everyone can now see that the desire to remain in government is essentially for selfish reasons and it has nothing to do with the welfare and well-being of Nigerians, hence the facts listed above and the six reactions below the facts. The 17 items represent the failure, evidence of kleptocracy and corruption, security weakness and tragedy, and the illegalities that Mr. Jonathan has inflicted on Nigerians. The people are now circulating these facts around and declaring that enough is enough, and change has come to Nigeria. It is at this point very necessary to add the excesses and mind-bungling abuse of state funds on private jets by Madam Flying Spirit Diezani, the other president with unquestionable power to do and undo. These are a N10 billion expenditure on Challenger 850 and a Global Express XRS plane chartered for her private and official use with a return trip said to cost €600,000.

The other day, one of Mr. Jonathan's sidekicks and Akwa Ibom State governor, Mr. Godswill Akpabio, the senator-in-waiting and local kleptocrat told his audience at the PDP presidential campaign in Lagos that the missing N55 billion has been shared. You will wonder how that money was shared and when. It seems that governance these days is all about sharing, and sharing and sharing, and looting! Mr. Jonathan sees no corruption and hears nothing about corruption - just the N21 billion gathered up at the Presidential casino and a few other billions donated by well-wishers and a few billions from oil and gas. There is surely no corruption anywhere, mere exaggeration when only a few billions are missing - mark you, just missing, not stolen!

Not even in the days of share-the-garri, what was then considered an era of doom and gloom, were things so bad; sharing and looting has just assumed a whole new dimension, and it is not surprising since it is being done with impunity, the very impunity that made Mr. Jonathan considered it wrong that looters were punished and sent to prison by Muhammodu Buhari when he was head of state. No one should be punished for looting or for corruption because there is no need to punish thieves; it is just not a good way to govern. Our justice system should be reviewed and stealing, looting and corruption should be removed from acts that are punishable. Corrupt enrichment and looting state funds should now be categorized as acts deserving of national honours and state awards such as GCFR, CFR, MFR, etc. Corruption is the Grand Crook of the Fraud Republic GCFR). This is the new bill Mr. Jonathan hope to send to the National Assembly come April 1, 2015. This special bill, the Corruption Glorification and Nationalization Bill of 2015 will set Nigeria apart from the rest of the world as a nation that is determined to encourage growth and development in the advancement of radical changes required to silence all those shouting and making empty noise about corruption in Nigeria.

Corruption is now the commander-in-chief and all looters are mingling in and around Aso Rock putting finishing touches to one crooked deal after another and moving the loot overseas in presidential and private jets. You wonder how many trips have been made with the presidential jets to several other overseas locations beside South Africa. While the people go hungry and without basic necessities, Mr. Jonathan and his ilks are living large and eating, wining and dining with a budget big enough to feed a state for several months. Corrupt political office holders and thieves in high places will not be sent to prison by Mr. Jonathan. He will just ask them to go home with their loot in tow and loot on more. He too wishes to return to Otuoke and embrace good life thereafter. Accountability, transparency and open government must be major goals of the new government after Mr. Jonathan and the auditing of the nation's oil and gas revenue must be a major priority, and anyone found to have either stolen or mismanaged the oil revenue of the nation should be made to pay dearly for his/her crime(s). Punishment for corruption and looting should not only be limited to imprisonment and forfeiture, but include death penalty. This is because economic crimes and theft of state funds often always lead to the absence of good health care, drugs and diagnostic services in our hospitals, and all of these lead to death and infant mortality. The scarcity of petroleum products and the sale of adulterated kerosene often lead to death, and those who were tasked with ensuring that petroleum products are not only available but easily available should be punished. Today in Mr. Jonathan's Aso Rock failure is applauded, honoured and rewarded. Thieves are heralded and offered the biggest contracts to do nothing and to collect contract fees and payment while criminals, convicted looters and ex-cons are offered gubernatorial, senatorial and senior positions in government. Everything is done in secret due to the massive corruption taking place, hence the unwillingness to open up the government to you and me. The disregard for accountability and transparency by Mr. Jonathan and his sidekicks is rooted in their desire to loot and to steal state funds, which is the sole reason why declaration of assets was scorned and fought against by Aso Rock.
