hen Seda, a warlock and masquerader was about to die in the 70s, he called Ojo, his last son, into his room. A doppelganger of Seda appeared in his voodoo room and he vomited a black substance and told Ojo to open his mouth and swallow it. He fed his favorite son with the vomited object and prayed thus: "I love you Ojo and that is why I'm entrusting my power to you. Take the touch and prosper as I had in this village and the gods are with you as they're with me." Few months later, Seda passed unto the Other Side. Ojo was only ten, but he possessed extraordinary powers belied his young age. When he was admitted to the same school I had my primary education in Owo, Ondo State, he was a terror to both teachers and his fellow students. He once hypnotized a teacher who caned him, made the private part of a student "disappeared" and assisted the school to win during a football match. He did more evil and was a threat to the school community that parents were compelled to threaten to withdraw their wards from school unless Ojo was expelled. I didn't know Ojo was using the power of witchcraft until I became a born-again child of the Living God three decades later. Ojo eventually dropped out of school and turned out a successful and fearsome herbalist in his father's village. I grew up in a village in rural Africa and have seen witchcraft in real life.
What happens when a witch dies in a family? Many sincere, innocent and zealous children of the True Living God are going through a lot of problems in life not primarily because of their own sins, but because of what the True Lord God Almighty Himself said in Exodus 20: 5: "� for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me�" A sister called me from the United Kingdom. She had given her life to the Lord Jesus Christ and a born-again Christian. Her problem was settling down with a God-fearing man as her husband, which is a legitimate demand. But somehow, anytime she enters into a relationship, few weeks later, whatever could go wrong with the man will happen and the relationship would crumble. This sister is a medical doctor, self-reliant and beautiful, yet she could not find a husband. She went to her local pastor; they prayed, fasted, kept night vigils and even went to the mountain; yet, nothing seemed to happen. Folks, what do you do when you have prayed your heart out, fasted so long, visited all the mountains and kept vigils upon night vigils and nothing seemed to work? Many Christians have been so frustrated that they stayed out of church, because to them, "this Christianity thing isn't working for me," as one brother, so frustratingly exhausted told me on the phone one of these days.
It is possible for one to be innocently and sincerely wrong. Zeal, innocence and sincerity are good, but knowledge triumphs them all and that is why the Teacher called out in Proverbs 4:7: "The beginning of wisdom is this: Get wisdom. Though it cost all you have, get understanding." By the way, wisdom, knowledge and understanding are basically the same and they are the first gifts of the Holy Spirit. Out medical doctor sister was suffering from witchcraft in her family, but she didn't know. Can a born-again child of the Living God suffer from witchcraft, in spite of being washed in the Precious Blood of Jesus Christ? Yes, because the True Lord God Almighty Himself said it plainly in Hosea 4:6: "�my people (not unbelievers but children of God) are destroyed from lack of knowledge. "Because you have rejected knowledge�" Apostle Paul said in Romans 10:2 that zeal not based on knowledge profits nothing. "For I can testify about them that they are zealous for God, but their zeal is not based on knowledge." My wife brought a robot to the house one of these days, which can do certain menial jobs in the house, by just speaking to and commanding the robot. But it has to be programmed to carry out your instructions so I tried it one day, but was frustrated. First, it didn't recognize my accent; then, I put some square stuffs in its round hole and lastly, I tried to program it without its manual. Unsuccessful and frustrated after serial attempts, I waited for my wife, who is the techie brain in the house to fix it. And she did. "Honey, the gizmo is working," she later told me, "but you didn't follow the manual and program it well." Even with a PhD, I couldn't fix that gizmo, although I was sincere, serious, and zealous to use that robot, but I lacked the knowledge at that time to make it work. The Christian guy who dispiritedly threw his hands up in frustration that "This Christianity thing isn't working for me," should have re-examined his life and return to the basics to find out if he has not been applying the manuals of life rightly in his life or simply ignorant of the existence of such manuals. Hagar was running away from Mama Sarah, her mistress, because of matrimonial disputes. She ran out of water and as she haplessly watched the near death of her son, Ishmael, in the harrowing desert "�Then God opened her eyes and she saw a well of water. So she went and filled the skin with water and gave the boy a drink" (Genesis 21:19). Did the well of water suddenly appear? No. It was there all along, but God had to open the eyes of Hagar to see it. The disciples had toiled all day, without luck to catch any fish, but when the Repository of Knowledge and Wisdom came into the picture, everything changed in Luke 5:4-6: "When Jesus had finished speaking, He said to Simon, "Put out into deep water and let down your nets for a catch." Simon answered, "Master, we've worked hard all night and haven't caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets." When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to tear.�" Did those fish suddenly appear? No. They were there all along in the water, but Simon and his friends were ignorant of the fish until Light-the Lord Jesus Christ-opened their eyes.
A sister called from New York and listed litany of problems she was going through. I wanted to pray with her, the Holy Spirit told me her problem was not prayer. He commanded me to ask her some questions. Later, I was instructed to tell her to do certain things and she obediently carried out the instructions. I was awoken by her screaming the following morning at about 6am. "Dr, it worked, it worked, it worked and I have a testimony," she was shouting at the other end. I didn't go to bed the previous night till 3am doing spiritual works as usual and so didn't know who was calling, but reluctantly picked the phone by my bedside. The sister had a breakthrough few hours after she carried out the instructions of the Holy Spirit. Friend, it is possible to suffer from ignorance. If anything, I repeat anything, is not right in your life and you have fulfilled all righteousness, yet things seemed awry and inexplicable, go back to the drawing board and look for those loosening bolts that need to be tied and tightened. In Exodus 25:40, the Lord instructed Moses matter-of-factly on how exactly the Ark should be constructed, "See that you make them according to the pattern shown you on the mountain." It is possible to get it all together and fail just in one area and everything goes kaput. Just as I failed to program that robot well and it couldn't serve me, so also in spiritual matters. Now that my paternal aunt, Madam Aina Fayemiwo is gone to the Nether Gloom, where is the demon of witchcraft that had used her for nearly a century? Just as the True Lord God Almighty commanded that He would "�punish the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me�" in Exodus 20:5, the demon of witchcraft moves from one generation to the other. As it is with my paternal family, it could be yours too. It doesn't matter whether you're a Christian and a born-again child of the Living God. The demon of witchcraft is generational.
NIGERIA AND WORLD MID-YEAR PROPHECIES: A POST-MORTEM
The year 2016 is half-gone and I think it is apposite to walk back a little and do a post-mortem of what the Holy Spirit of the Lord spoke through us for the year and look ahead of the year's other half.
ON THE USA 2016: We brought you the prophecy from the Throne of the Most High Lord God Almighty as far back as January 2, 2016 this year on what is happening right now before our eyes in the United States of America and the eventual outcome of this year's presidential election between Mrs. Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump. " 2016 AND THE 45TH PRESIDENT OF THE USA: This year 2016 is significant in the United States and the world, because whoever becomes the president of the wealthiest and most powerful nation on earth has the power to shape domestic policies in virtually the rest nations of the world. The United States of America is the most powerful nation and the largest economy and wealthiest nation on earth today. It will remain so for some time to come; no matter what other nations of the world are doing or any subterranean plan to undermine the United States in this regard. It is presidential election year in the world's most powerful nation. Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton will emerge the first Woman President of the United States of America this year. There will be internal strife and crisis at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland Ohio in July 2016. The Republicans will fight dirty and as the unchanging Words of the Most High God said in Mark 3: 25: "...if a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand." Sen. Hilary Clinton will pick a man known as Julian Castro from my home state here of Texas. He is currently the 16th Secretary of the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Mr. Donaldson John Trump should be extremely careful and be security conscious this year 2016. Attempts will be made on his life or he may be assassinated during one of his political whistle stops in a Southern State in the afternoon in the summer of this year. His death will send shock waves round the United States and around the world, leaving the Republican Party leaderless. Another Bush, Jeb Bush will be drafted to face the Democratic Presidential Candidate, Mrs. Hillary Clinton and the 2016 Presidential Election will be won by the first Woman President of the United States of America. ON MUHAMMADU BUHARI AND HIS ADMINISTRATION: - As we disclosed in 2014 and last year 2015, President Muhammadu Buhari came to power in Nigeria by Divine Intervention. He will rule Nigeria for eight unbreakable years of two terms. Those who are planning to succeed him should wait till 2023. If you put your money on anyone in 2019 as president of Nigeria, you are wasting your time and resources. Now, this doesn't mean it will be a cake walk for President Buhari and open sesame to 2023. The forces that tried, albeit unsuccessfully to kibosh his election and inauguration in 2015 have not relented. In fact, they are still holding nocturnal meetings across the nation, especially in North West and Central Nigeria on how to undermine and possibly "remove" the president. There are six of such personalities as I indicated in my earlier disclosure here last year (See the link to that article of Tuesday March 17, 2015 (https://nigeriaworld.com/feature/publication/fayemiwo/032315.html). These forces have stolen so much from Nigeria and the Nigerian people and have devised three strategies to kibosh the current anti-corruption crusade and efforts of the Buhari Administration. First, undermine President Buhari himself as Commander-in-Chief through inflammatory and subversive statements and newspaper interviews. Former military dictator, Gen. Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida is leading this crusade. The second strategy is enlisting a segment of the Nigerian Press controlled by Babangida either directly or by proxies. The aim is to galvanize a certain group of people against the government, through alarming and inciting newspaper articles and even newspaper editorials to bring the Buhari Administration down. The third is physical elimination of the president himself. This may not be through a coup d'etat but like I disclosed in earlier article seven months ago, every option is on the table to explore by these evil forces. The Buhari Administration has three responsive options to fight back and neutralize these forces, especially the Babangida Forces. First, the policy of "containment," which simply means, put Babangida himself on serious, continuous and uninterrupted security watch until early 2019 when he will die. As I have disclosed here last week and I repeat again, Gen. Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida will go the way of lesser mortals in 2019 and will not be alive to witness the 2019 Presidential Election, not to talk of endorsing any presidential candidate as he arrogantly boasted the other day in one of his interviews ( https://nigeriaworld.com/feature/publication/fayemiwo/122215.html).
If the Buhari Administration chooses this option, it will allow Babangida go free and unaccountable for all the atrocities he committed against the Nigerian State and the Nigerian people from 1985 to date. There is no point in picking up Babangida lackeys and his boys while the man himself is still feeling more than ten feet tall in Nigeria. He should be brought down and tried rather than being "contained." The Buhari Administration should start first by a comprehensive and total de-Babangidization of the entire Nigerian Armed Forces: Army, Navy and Air Force and then move in. The second policy response of the Buhari Administration is not jailing Sambo Dasuki and his gang of looters, rather hitting them hard where it matters; economic interests. These looters and High Chiefs and thieves have stolen so much that they have plenty of pilfered money to cause trouble and use unemployed Nigerians to cause instability in the land. They are seriously considering this option to stop this Change Train of the Buhari Administration. When you put them in prison or jail, they rely on the stolen funds to organize nocturnal meetings and plot against the government, even inside Nigerian prisons. I have been detained numerous times in many of Nigerian dreaded and dangerous prisons and I know what takes place behind the barricades. Castrate them financially and economically and that is where they derive power and strength. Finally, President Buhari should overhaul his presidential security and that of the vice president periodically. President Muhammadu Buhari should not make the mistake of traveling to Ondo and Edo States for the APC Governorship Elections Campaigns in 2016."
As noted in our open letter to President Buhari last year, scarcity of food and famine may bring his administration down, unless urgent steps are made to nip these impending tragedies in the bud. GHANA AND THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION: - Ghanaians will join their Nigerian counterparts in inaugurating a new president in 2016. Mr. John Dramani Mahama will not return as president this year and his party, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) will lose Osu Castle and major parliamentary seats. Mr. Nana Akuffo-Addo who has tried three times to be president will win the 2016 presidential election, just like Gen. Muhammadu Buhari did in 2015 in Nigeria. The New Patriotic Party- NPP- will form the new government and command a sizable parliamentary seats in Ghana in 2016.
ON DAVID CAMERON: - Many thought we goofed when we predicted that Mr. David Cameron would not "win" the last election as Prime Minister of Britain. Less than a year after "winning," did he actually win or is he resigning now as prime minister? Just as the Lord God told Habakkuk 2:2-3: "Record the vision and inscribe it on tablets, That the one who reads it may run. "For the vision is yet for the appointed time; It hastens toward the goal and it will not fail." Though it tarries, wait for it; For it will certainly come, it will not delay."
DR BUKOLA SARAKI: - We sent a powerful message to Dr Bukola Saraki this year that, he should pray for his mother, Madam Florence Saraki to make it through the year. We are reiterating same again, in addition to his current travails.
ABIA STATE: -Last year, we said that Gov. Ikpeazu of Abia State would finish his four -year term as governor of God's Own State. That is what we are still seeing. Mr. Ogar should not rejoice yet, because whether he likes it or not, Ikpeazu will indeed finish his four-year term, but the governor needs prayers to survive till 2019. It is possible to win the war, but lose the battle. Here were our exact words on Abia and Adamawa States on Saturday January 2, 2016: " ABIA AND ADAMAWA STATES: The two gentlemen that are currently governing both states are politically safe and will govern their states for two terms, barring any unforeseen circumstances which the Holy Spirit will show us as the years roll by between now and 2019." YAKUBU DOGARA: - The speaker of the House of Representatives should be extremely careful not to get involve in the current war between the Senate and the Presidency. He may face a major crisis, if he gets involved which will cost him his position. Stay away, period!
ON DAVID MARK: -What is the meaning of "winning" an election? Does it start with being voted for and declared the winner or serving your full term in office as stated in the constitution? The real winner is he who makes it till the finish line and serve his or her full term in office. In Nigeria, you're a real winner when you make it to 2019. The Word of Life defines a winner this way in Matthew 24:13: "�but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved."
ON EKITI STATE AND AYODELE FAYOSE: We told Nigerians before all these started and how it would all end: THAT BOY IN EKITI STATE, AYODELE FAYOSE SHOULD WATCH OUT, HIS COMEUPPANCE IS IMMINENT! It is the greatest tragedy that can befall any sane mind, but that is exactly what awaits that boy in Ekiti State. Ayodele Fayose is becoming a nuisance out of choice. He puts his foot in his mouth unnecessarily. He opens his mouth too wide. He talks too much and that will soon be his undoing. Way back in this column, we predicted that this boy would not serve his four- year term as governor of Ekiti State. He has started digging his own political grave. His garrulousness is insane. The real enemy of Fayose is Ayodele Fayose. When you are a chief executive of a state, there is a certain amount of decorum expected of you as a manager of men and resources, but Fayose has no class. He talks loosely and opens his mouth without thinking. There is a difference between politicking and governing, but Ayodele Fayose doesn't know the differences between the two and how to separate both. Who are his media handlers? Does he have advisers? Who will keep a tight leech on this lost dog? I hate to use such hard words on a boy who came the other time and lost his moral moorings. He is at it again and by the time Posterity is done with Ayodele Fayose, his political career would be compared to that Greek Tragedy known as Oedipus Complex, which was masterfully adapted to the Yoruba lore of gods, demons and goddesses by late Ola Rotimi as The Gods Are Not To Blame.

ON ONDO 2016: I have written much about this state, because it is my state. I have stated categorically that the daughter of late Papa Michael Adekunle Ajasin will become the first woman governor of Ondo State and first in the history of Nigeria. Let the APC do "mago-mago" if they like as we say in Nigeria and think APC will win in Ondo State no matter what, they will be sorely mistaken. Unless Ms. Jumoke Ajasin Anifowose decides not to contest the gubernatorial election of Ondo State this year 2016, but if she does, she will win. How she will win I do not know, but the Holy Spirit of the Living God says in Isaiah 55:8: "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways," declares the LORD."
ON EDO STATE 2016: Here were the prophetic words from the Holy Spirit here in this column on January 2, 2016: "EDO STATE: We disclosed earlier on in this column that whoever hitches his or her political wagon to the incumbent and soon to become the outgoing Governor Adams Oshiomole of Edo State will succeed him. That hasn't changed. But Gov. Adams Oshiomole too should not be cocooned and completely teetered to his political party in supporting his successor. He should look outside the political box of the APC, because we can see a young man from the Diaspora, completely apolitical but very savvy and entrepreneurial entering into the 2016 Edo State Gubernatorial Election and wowing all his opponents and the Edo State people. I haven't been categorically told that this young man will win the election as at the time of this column. I will disclose his name as soon as the Holy Spirit commands me to do so. As I have indicated in the 2014/2015 Prophecies for Edo State, the new Edo State Governor will oversee the instillation of a new monarch in Benin City as his first public official function as Edo State new helmsman in 2016." We proceeded to mention the name of the young man: Mr. Linus Idahosa. We still stand by the words of the True Lord God Almighty, unless Linus Idahosa doesn't contest in the forthcoming 2016 Edo Gubernatorial Election. Hear what the Sovereign Lord God Almighty said we should the APC, outgoing Gov. Adams Oshiomole and Mr. Obaseki in Isaiah 36:26-27: "Have you not heard? Long ago I ordained it, In days of old I planned it; now I have brought it to pass, that you have turned fortified cities into piles of stone. Their people, drained of power, are dismayed and put to shame. They are like plants in the field, like tender green shoots, like grass sprouting on the roof, scorched before it grows up." The lot of King Sennacherib of Assyria is about to play out in Edo State to the consternation of all political watchers. The election in Edo will be won not by money and serious campaign moves and calculated strategies of Gov. Adams Oshiomole, Mr. Obaseki and the APC but through Divine Intervention. Edo State people will be surprised, Nigerians will be shocked, APC will be in for rude awakening and Linus Idahosa himself will be taken aback. Nigerians will know that "it is not by power nor by my might-that political power is attained-but My Spirit says the True Lord God Almighty" (Zechariah 4:6).
ON NIGER DELTA, AVENGERS ET AL: We warned on the emergence of these groups before now, but we were not taken seriously. As far back as Monday July 6, 2015 we warned the administration of President Muhammad Buhari to put in place machinery through his new service chiefs to stop the emergence of new terrorist organizations, dreadful and deadlier than Boko Haram. These were our exact words: "�After Boko Haram, a new homegrown terrorist organization, deadlier and more Satanic than Boko Haram is coming during the administration of President Buhari. It is this deadly and new terrorist organization that will turn Boko Haram into saints and that should pre-occupy the attention of all well-meaning Nigerians. We need to pray because this new terrorist outlaw will be brutal, nasty and completely lawless and insane. Nothing will be compared to it and Nigerians all over the world should begin to pray and intercede for the nation right now. Consequently, any plan by the Buhari Administration to negotiating with Boko Haram will serve no useful purpose. Boko Haram will die a natural death in the next one year, but of greater threat to Nigeria is the new terrorist organization being put together right now by Satan and his demons, including their human hirelings. Dr Moshood, please, what steps do I need to take to ensure victory over persistent witchcraft attacks from my mother. I am compelled to ask for practical steps as these attacks has made life quite challenging, only God's mercy has made the difference in my life and family. This onslaught has led to business failures, academic woes, financial mess, indebtedness and general stagnation. I can remember, late last year that you made a prophecy and warning on the issue of food scarcity and famine? in Nigeria and asked the authority to put an Agricultural person who can handle the situation to avert and salvage the situation. Already, in Nigeria, one cannot buy tomatoes as a basket (small waste paper basket) cost N3500- 4500 naira now, the authority attributed it to pest invasion also called 'tomato ebola' . A 50kg bag of rice now cost about 20 thousand naira. It's not a funny matter at all sir. Also, with the current socio-economic situation of Nigeria: Niger Delta Avengers (NDA) attack on oil facilities and threats to "shock the world" with further attacks, etc, Jonathan's alleged self-exile and Ijaw youths threatening fire if Jonathan is arrested, looted monies being difficult to recover, succession threats by IPOB and NDA; in fact, the list is too long.
