INSANITY BESETS INANITY IN A WASTELAND (POEM)

hey laid hopeful but
Helpless in ramshackled huts;
A refugee-like camps.
Waiting for karma.
Karma, an output of event.

They all perused the sky,
Waiting for Manna to come.
But Manna doesn't fall from the sky like apples fall
From the trees.
Manna targets the realist.

They're always enablers
Of graft in a wasteland.
While inanity reigns unequaled,
Insanity usually evolves
as norm.

Rational minds are upset
Of hearing the lies unleashed.
Irrational minds detest
Listening to correctness always.

They're people impervious
To truth but pervasive
To lies, corruption and jobbery.
In a wasteland, abnormal
Is normal to abnormal minds.
