went to sleep in my house on Wednesday 21st December 2011 and woke up at Amanda Hospital on the 23rd of Dec and was discharged on the 24th of Dec 2011.
On my arrival at home from the hospital, I found that I was extremely weak. I realized that it takes energy for one to laugh. The only thing that I was able to get into my stomach was just water melon. And after two days my husband and I realized that I kept depreciating for lack of adequate food, and we concluded that I must try eating solid food like garri with soup the next day in order to be revived. But in my dream that same night, I saw Jesus and I was telling him that I have been very weak after the encounter, expecting his instant touch for a solution. But I was surprised when he ordered me to fast and pray for one week. When I asked him what he meant by that, he said I should do what he asked me to do without another comment. When I woke up the next day, I told my husband what Jesus said. My husband encouraged me to fast and to start it immediately. He said he would join me in the fasting and praying. When my five kids heard it, they all showed interest in the fasting and praying. So I did the fasting and praying with my entire family for one week. The first day I started this fasting and praying, I felt an overflowing energy all over me that I was able to join in prayers going on in the Church and was also able to go round the village the same day preaching and praying to the glory of God. With the praying and fasting, I was revived and healed. I was very much ready to work for God through my Lord and personal savior Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
WHAT HAPPENED PHYSICALLY AS NARRATED BY MY HUSBAND VENERABLE DENNIS ONYEWUCHI ONYEKURU.
On that fateful Friday 16th of Dec, my wife slept without any movement throughout the night. I felt she did not need any disturbance. But on Saturday morning clean up day, 17th Dec 2011, I scheduled to conduct village indoor members' communion at St. Michael's Anglican Church Obinze where I serve as the Archdeacon/Vicar of the Archdeaconry. Ezinna Emma Chima had called me that he had arrived at the church compound to join me to Pa Sam Ogaram's house for the communion. My problem was how to go out when my wife has not woken up since last night. I tried in vain to make her wake up. The decision I took was to rush her to any hospital at Owerri for treatment. The road was clear for the cleanup day. When we reached Owerri, most hospitals had not commenced services. We were received at Aladinma hospital by Dr. Sir. Darlington Amamasim. As my wife was being seated on the wheel chair, she made her first comments. "Why are you people worrying me, see that the gate is open for me and Jesus is there." I surprisingly shouted and said, "Jesus, you know I cannot ague with you, but this woman has not finished her work with me, all we have planned to do have not been completed." I laid hands on her head and prayed for her as the nurses wheeled her to the ward.
On the hospital bed she immediately started talking, pointing with her right hand, begging Jesus to open the gate for her to enter. I asked my son to go to the car and get me a note book and a biro because at that time I was convinced she was having an encounter with heavenly beings. When she repeated what Jesus told her, that she should go back to finish her work, my spirit came back. I was very happy that she must come back to me. We arrived at Aladinma hospital around 7.30am and she opened her eyes around 11am the same day. She was discharged on Sunday the next day.
On Wednesday evening, the second encounter started and I noticed it. After the first encounter, some Christians that visited us, on hearing of the first encounter, said that with such encounter there was no need to take such a person to a hospital. When I discovered she has started having a second encounter, I waited patiently that Thursday morning; I was not all that worried because I was sure she was going to wake up. I was to attend a meeting with all the Archdeacons and the Bishop at the Cathedral of Transfiguration of our Lords (CATOL) Owerri by 11am and also the clergy and wives meeting with the bishop by 1pm. So by 8am I prayed and asked God to allow her wake up between 12noon and 1pm so that I can rush to the meeting. What I did after was to text my bishop that my wife was on bed rest with me. When she could not wake up till 3pm I became worried and rushed her to the hospital. We were received at Amanda Hospital Owerri. My first daughter was detailed to stay with her mother. On the third day I went to the Bishop's office women's ministries department and collected her Xmas bonus approved by Bishop's wife, Dr. Mrs. Eunice Okorocha. I went back to the hospital to pray for her. After my prayers as I was led, I rushed back to Obinze. I sent a text of appreciation to Dr. Mrs. Eunice Okorocha through the Bishop. I also informed the Bishop that my wife has been admitted unconsciously for three days at Amanda hospital Owerri. After a while my daughter called me that her mother asked her to tell me to call our bishop to come to the hospital to pray for her. I was extremely happy that she has come back, not knowing that she was having problem coming back. When I sent my wife's massage to my bishop, the bishop told me that he was on his way already to the hospital. I was happy when the bishop called me that my wife will be back home on the 24th of Dec. to the glory of God.
It looks like a story. People call it encounter, others call it revelation. I am sure it is more than all these. I am a witness. Heaven is real, hell is real.
The revelation is absolutely true and I advise everyone to take the matter of repentance or spiritual transformation very serious. The hour is now because there would be no repentance in the grave.
